Reworking the remnants
The Chillingham homestead was established in 1978, the family lived and farmed the expansive property until it was sold to our clients in 2015. Understanding the significant heritage of their new property, our clients approached the project with a clear vision, firstly to restore the property to its former glory, then introduce new functional, contemporary elements that would remain sensitive to the original architecture. The windows and door design has captured and framed the surrounding rainforest, bring the outdoors in and softening the interiors with gentle, lush greenery at ever glance.

This project is not just about construction; it’s about preserving and enhancing a property rich in character and steeped in history.

Caba Beach House
Revamped + Refreshed
Caba Beach House involved large scale alterations to the existing family residence. Considered and strategic planning has provided a light filled and peaceful family home with direct connections to the entertaining space. The home was extended into the rear garage to allow for open plan living spaces.
The living and dining room were moved into the newly constructed space at the rear of the property which features a cathedral style roof clad with V joint panelling. The removal of a majority of the internal walls was achieved with clever structural design, implemented carefully by the ABPM to transform and reinvigorate the home. The simple palette of natural materials throughout further accentuates the grounded nature of the building. The final design achieves a rebirth of what was an underachieving home, elevating it to suit the needs of our clients. Transforming the front garage into a studio apartment was a special touch.

A staged development of 24 prestige townhouses. High ceilings, double garages and low maintenance gardens cater to the owner occupier who values space, lifestyle and luxury.
Habitat Cove, Waverly
An industrial style home featuring outdoor kitchen and large pool and entertainment area. Strengthening the connection to the outdoor spaces with the open plan living areas, designed for enjoying time together away from regular life.

Five executive four bedroom, three bathroom townhouses designed for those wanting an immaculately presented, spacious and low maintenance home. A modern, peaceful colour palette, stone bench tops, European appliances, polished porcelain tiles were recommended, and embraced.

This complex is striking and unique. It is nice to build something that looks a little different from the rest.
Split level in construction, the designers have worked with the contours of the land to enhance design and create a very unique complex.

Bays Edge is a modern, functional 13 townhouse complex offering three bedroom, two bathroom residences. The complex was designed with investors in mind so creating an attractive looking and low maintenance property with durable and quality fixtures and fittings were critical requirements.
